BrainPort Balance Device
The BrainPort balance device is an innovative, non-surgical therapeutic device designed for training patients with balance deficits due to chronic vestibular disorders. Pilot studies conducted at multiple centers across the United States and Europe show that consistent training with the BrainPort balance device results in significant improvement of balance, stability, gait and quality of life in patients with a variety of vestibular disorders.
Patients with chronic vestibular disorder achieve improvement of balance within days of initiating BrainPort balance device therapy. These results are independent of etiology or age. Visit the Research Results section for details of study results.
